Enquiry data
When you contact us (forms, email, phone) we collect identification data (name, company, phone, email) and project details to respond, provide proposals and manage pre-contractual or contractual relationships. Lawful basis: pre-contract or contract; legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries.
Client data
If you become a client we process billing data, project documentation, architectural drawings, site photography and contact details to deliver contracted services, manage suppliers and comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting). Lawful bases: contract; legal obligation.
Comments (if enabled)
We collect the data shown in the comment form, your IP address and browser user agent to help spam detection. After approval, the comment and your public avatar (if using Gravatar) appear on the site. Lawful basis: consent (submission) and legitimate interest (spam prevention).
Media uploads
If you upload images, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF). Site visitors could download and extract that location data. Uploading implies consent to display the file publicly if published.
Technical data
We use essential technical cookies and logs (IP, device, browser, pages viewed) to secure the site, prevent abuse and ensure service continuity. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in site security and performance.
Analytics & performance (where consented)
We may use privacy-friendly analytics or Google Analytics with Consent Mode to understand aggregate site usage and improve content. Data is collected only after consent where required. Lawful basis: consent.
Marketing communications (optional)
If you opt in, we may send news, updates or project highlights. You can withdraw consent at any time via unsubscribe links or by contacting us.
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Enquiries not converted to projects are kept up to 12 months for follow-up unless you ask us to delete sooner.
Client and project records are retained for the duration of the project and then archived to meet professional, contractual and legal record-keeping duties (generally up to 6 years for tax/accounting; architectural records may be retained longer where liability periods apply).
Comments are kept indefinitely unless removed.
Cookies follow the durations listed in the Cookies section.

Our website hosting and core services are located in the EU/EEA where possible. Some tools (for example cloud email, backup or analytics providers) may store data outside the EU/EEA. Where this occurs we rely on adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
You may exercise the following rights (subject to legal limits): access; rectification; erasure; restriction; objection; portability; withdraw consent; complain to a supervisory authority.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are essential to make the site work. Others (analytics, embedded content, maps, social media) require your consent under EU ePrivacy rules.
You can review or change your consent at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the site footer. Refusing non-essential cookies will not affect access to the core content of the site.

Marketing / third-party
Used by embedded services (YouTube, Vimeo, Google Maps, Meta/Instagram feeds, LinkedIn). These providers may set tracking cookies if you accept Marketing.
If you grant consent, Google tags (Analytics, Maps, Ads) can collect data in line with your choices. If you refuse analytics/marketing cookies, Consent Mode sends cookieless pings that provide basic, aggregated measurement without storing personal marketing identifiers.
First visit: You will see a banner asking you to accept, reject or manage categories of cookies.
Change later: Use the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer to adjust your choices.
Browser settings: You can also delete or block cookies through your browser; doing so may affect some site functions.
Do Not Track: We honour consent selections over browser DNT signals (industry standard remains inconsistent).
Content from external sites (videos, social feeds, map embeds) behaves as if you visited that external site. Those services may set cookies and collect interaction data. Review their privacy policies (e.g. Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Vimeo).
